Put the remainder on credit
A customer can pay part of a bill now and owe the rest. The rest is recorded as credit against that customer.

Credit needs a customer on the bill. A walk-in sale cannot be left on credit.
Where to find it
POS Terminal → Payment → Complete Sale
1Choose the customer
Make sure the customer is chosen on the bill. If not, the Complete Checkout window asks Who is this bill for?
2Add what they pay now
Under How it is being paid, add the payment the customer makes today.
3Put the rest on credit
Press Complete Sale. The message Bill is not fully paid offers Put Rs … on credit. Press it, then press Complete Sale again.
What happens next?
- The bill is saved with the balance owing.
- Collect the balance later with Collect on the POS terminal.
