Sign in to your shop
Every member of staff signs in with their own email or phone number and password. Your shop gives you these.

Where to find it
www.diamondoar.com → Login
1Open the login page
Go to www.diamondoar.com and choose Login at the top. You can also open your shop's own DiamondOar address.
2Enter your details
Type your Email or Phone Number and your Password, then press Secure Sign in.
3Start work
You are taken to your shop's dashboard. The menu on the left shows the screens your role can use.
What happens next?
- You see your shop's dashboard.
- If your shop asked you to change your password, you are taken to the security page first.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to try |
|---|---|
| I forgot my password | Press Forgot password? on the login page and enter your email or phone number. |
| "Invalid email or password" | Check the email or phone number, then the password. Ask your shop owner if it still fails. |
| A screen I need is not in the menu | Your role does not include it. Ask your shop owner. |
